Extrêmement bien situé, la plage et les commerces à proximité. Appartement totalement rénové avec des prestations de qualité même si les lits mériteraient d’être plus confortables compte tenu du prix du logement. Très bien insonorisé. Terrasse très agréable avec vue sur mer.
La surface annoncée au départ (90m2) ne correspond pas même si depuis il a été modifié et passé à 70m2, à mon avis tout au plus 60m2 habitable. Les chambres sont très petites. Manque un peu d’équipement, pas de torchon, pas de sac poubelles de rechange, aucun produit de bain. Il faudrait annoncer que l’escalier donnant accès à l’appartement est très rude, une photo serait la bienvenue. En bref, joli logement mais beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est même en plein mois d’août.

La decoración está muy bien. Los detalles que tienen de agua fresca, café y otros de bienvenida son de agradecer. Recién reformado y muy limpio.
Hay una bomba para dar presión al agua que hace un ruido muy molesto.
