The villa’s space, the view and the property manager.
Hot water would sometimes run out when we were all showering - there were 8 of us though - and it was hot weather

Fantastic views from the terraces, large living room and 1 bedroom. 2 levels. Spacious. Very friendly and responsive hosts. Quiet neighborhood with a few trails to viewpoints on top of coastal cliffs. Great sunsets.
To get to and from the freeway takes a few loops that the navigation systems correctly show - seems necessary because of the steep topology.
