Lake Ozark-1BD1BA-Hippo Pool, Regalia Resort

I like where it was located, however I did ask for a lake view and higher floor and did not get them. Was cozy and comfortable for my wife and I to just hang out and snuggle for the weekend.

Could not adjust the heat/air or the ceiling fan. Would have liked a small love seat and possible a coffee table for a place to sit for both of us instead of in the bed.

The deer and turkeys were right by our door. We like the cleanliness. And it was quiet.

The tv is in the closet and we could not get it to sync to anything to be able to watch it. Also there was not a thermostat. It was warm in the room.

The view from outside the room was amazing and it was a decent location.

The main facility wasn't in great shape. The tennis courts near the pool are non existent due to lack of maintenance. The room also had no direct AC/heating control since it's a split unit.

The property was clean and kept up. Beautiful view of the lake and close to the strip, shopping and entertainment.

Unfortunately we had a family above us that came in Saturday evening around 1:30 am extremely loud and did not adhere to the noise policy. Fumbled around and kids bouncing balls for about an hour. Sunday evening we had the same issue with the apartment beside us, which I believe was originally part of the apartment. It seems the unit has been split. They stood outside the door for the longest time. The apartment was clean and worked for our event. There is no kitchen. Microwave, coffee machine and fridge was provided. Small bowls and plates were provided, however, I would suggest plastic silverware at least. The door lock needs lubricant as the key is very difficult to turn, would hate for that to break off in the lock.
