It is a great studio appartment with everything you need to cook and a look out on the swimming pool.
Not anything, just the streets are not real streets for the first 2/3 minutes or so by bike, but calle 29 is great! It was clean enough but not extremely. Anyway, I would stay again.

The apartment was really nicely designed and felt spacious and comfortable. If you're looking for a pretty quiet and affordable place with plenty of green around it, it's a good choice if you feel able to ride a scooter to get around.
This part of Tulum is quite spread out so you definitely need a bicycle at the very least to get around, and it's better really with a scooter. The area is definitely not walkable.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, para disfrutar y relajarse con una alberca y descansar, también para disfrutar con la familia, recomendable, llevar un vehículo.
