We had a wonderful stay at Kia Kaha Bali. The villa was beautiful, peaceful, clean, and very comfortable. Check-in was easy and completely self-service. The host was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay, and even arranged printouts we needed for our airport departure, which we really appreciated.
Nothing significant. We had a very pleasant stay.

Гарна вілла, чиста, доглянута із усім необхідним. Для нас було дуже зручно міні кухня із усім необхідним обладнанням. Дві комфортні спальні, індивідуальний басейн для купання, діти із радістю купалися. Неподалік, 5 хвилин ходьби, є чудовий супермаркет. Особливий відгук це власник Henrique. Оскільки через сезон дощів і підтоплення, власник самостійно вийшов на звʼязок, і запропонував цю віллу в альтернативу, оскільки у попередній потрібно було робити ремонт. У знак піклування запропонував нам трансфер за свій рахунок і плюс віддав різницю у ціні, оскільки нова вілла була меншою за заброньовану. Дуже допомагав із усіма питаннями включно із доставкою їжі через додатки, оскільки ми приїхали вперше на Балі і от першим готелем була саме вілла Henrique. Із 10 балів сміло можу поставити 11, за добродушність, чесність, допомогу і комфортні номера. Щиро рекомендую і бажаю процвітання Henrique.
