Eveything is great.

While everything else seems great, there are a few things I would suggest the owner consider to further improve the experience for guests. 1. Kitchen equipment: It would be helpful to have a complete and good-quality set of pans and proper kitchen knives. For guests who cook regularly in the apartment, having only one old, usable pan and knives that are not particularly suitable for food preparation can be inconvenient, especially when preparing meat or other dishes that require a sharp, proper knife. More generally, I think providing a more complete set of basic kitchen equipment would make the apartment much more comfortable and convenient for short-term tenants. Having new or well-maintained pans, knives, cooking utensils, and other basic essentials would make a noticeable difference. It would also be helpful to provide a few basic consumables, such as trash bags. Toiletries are not necessarily required, since guests can easily purchase their own, but having a few basic supplies available upon arrival would make the stay feel more welcoming. Overall, the apartment is great, and these are simply suggestions that could make an already good guest experience even better.

The location, few minutes from city centre and from sea garden but in a calm neighborhood. The apartment had everything.

A good location, walkable to the beach.

The linen and pillows were awful. I had to cover pillows in a towel to even lie on them, and they had been heavily sprayed with a strong smell. The cover on the bed was too small for two people, and there was no duvet, only blankets. The sofa beds had covers that were new and hadn’t even been washed so were really unpleasant to sleep under. No one slept well. Towels were shabby. I highly recommend you upgrade your bedding. Not very thoroughly cleaned.
