Posizione centrale ma troppo vicino ai traghetti
Migliorerei sicuramente la gestione del terrazzo, poichè essendo al sole dalla mattina alla sera è completamente inutilizzabile in quanto non ci sono tende, piante, ombrelloni che facciano ombra. Inoltre le piante che ci sono sono completamente secche e non curate, ciò che da' ad un bell'appartamento confortevole, un'aria di degrado e incuria e non ci sia sta volentieri.

La terrazza con vista mare è il vero punto forte, perfetta per rilassarsi. Appartamento pulito, curato e ben organizzato, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Posizione comoda e ambiente tranquillo.
Nulla di rilevante da segnalare, il soggiorno è stato complessivamente molto positivo.
