The location was fantastic a couple of steps from Richmond tube and all the shops.
The cooker as it’s electric was a little slow but could still cook.

Location was excellent - a few steps from Richmond station.
There were ample number of beds although a bit tight for the advertised 9 people. Ideal for 4
The battery in the door lock failed but the management team were contactable and sorted the problem swiftly.
The rug in the living room wasn’t thoroughly vacuumed and there were a few stains in the bathroom. However all up the property was otherwise clean.
The street facing front door of the two flats wasn’t that secure and difficult to close.
