- Sofá-cama da sala necessita manutenção, quase não há mais a camada de espuma, está praticamente na madeira, ruim de ficar sentado e principalmente para dormir. - Colchão tb com estrutura comprometida principalmente do lado mais usado - Cadeira de escritório tb quase sem espuma com parafusos que incomodam na hora de utilizar - Paredes com alguns pontos importantes de mofo, sentimos o cheiro no quarto, há um problema estrutural do prédio na parede onde ficam as janelas, muito úmida - TV funciona com antena externa (que fica plugada e instalada no próprio apartamento) poucos canais habilitados - Paredes necessitam pintura

Localização, vaga de garagem, espaço interno muito bem organizado,
Quando chegamos havia um cheiro forte ; parecia de cigarro . Depois abrimos as janelas e esse cheiro passou.
