Location was very good & parking clean & tidy

No information pack for WiFi tv heating Tv didn’t work as previous guest had left a fire stick on the side would not tune in Heating locked unable to work in living area Dishwasher not working Sparse cutlery Microwave full of rust

The property is very spacious the bed linen is so fresh and pillows and duvets super comfortable as are the beds They had even left some Easter treats which was cute

The communication was a huge issue no confirmation email, had to chase several times even booking.com admin couldn’t get a response was left anxious was our stay going to happen following that there were multiple issues with their payment methods not being set up with booking.com correctly then having to get separate invoices ect which was quite stressful and nothing I’ve ever experienced booking via booking.com Whilst they were understanding that I wasn’t prepared to send my cvv code from my card for obvious reasons it was all very long winded and hassle it took so long I missed being able to claim a refund from booking.com on part of the stay they had offered due to a previous cancellation not from this host Other than that apartment is a bit tired in places and needs more mugs but nothing unforgivable It’s a shame because if it wasn’t for the poor communication and payment hiccups it could be a real gem
