Posizione, aria condizionata.
L' appartamento non era per niente pulito, soprattutto il bagno. Il wc era molto sporco, lo spazzolone per il wc con feci attaccate. Doccia con muffa diffusa. Ci hanno mandato subito una persona per rendere almeno decenti i sanitari e dare una minima spazzata in terra. Nonostante questo, la casa era veramente sporca e trascurata. Mobilio minimo e anch'esso decadente e sporco. Fon per i capelli assente, dotazioni della cucina minime e fatiscenti o sporche. Lavatrice presente e datata, anche li stesse condizioni di pulizia.
