Stunning Premium 2 Bed Flat with Great Views - Rooftop on Top Floor

The location was excellent and centrally located near shopping centre, bus and train stations

The beds are too narrow, the beddings were not very clean. The blinds in one of the rooms are too light thereby letting light in while sleeping at night.

Well managed, location for ease of travel to all parts of London!

Everything was amazing, well equipped, very clean & tidy, everything looked modern / new. Extra touches like toys for the children were a great idea, views were brilliant. Easy / well scripted messages of how to pick up keys/access the flat.

Curtains in main bedroom were very thin & let a lot of light in. (Sure this could be easily changed/fixed)

The views are the envy of any apartment. It is really beautiful, particularly at night. The apartment is also modest, and was clean.

Check in and check out was a complete disaster! You’d have to walk about 10 minutes from the apartment to get the keys. Same thing you’d have to do when dropping off the keys. Made no practical sense and was an added burden on me especially traveling with three big bags from Gatwick. Don’t let me get into their requirements that I make a video of the apartment, and take a picture of the keys, upon checkout and send to their email—pretty weird; that’s your job to do and monitor not me. What is worse, it’s summer month in London and very hot. Host was pretty dismissive by instructing that we “share” one fan (that barely circulates air) between two rooms. Had to purchase new fans as air circulation was not good.
