Pet-Friendly Home w/ 1-Acre Yard in Aubrey

The location and back yard were nice. The beds were comfortable.

Upon arrival we discovered that the "code" did not work. It was a door keypad, NOT a lockbox as per instructions. We had to phone the owner contact. She did not know that Evolve was sending incorrect instructions to access the house. The age and condition of the house was rough and the decor, window treatments and kitchen items were dated or missing. The coffee maker was a 4-cup maker, needs to be better. Bathroom lighting was poor. Rust and other signs of age in the shower. There was an iron, but no ironing board. Evidence of pests found in kitchen. Train tracks are across the street and there were more than eight different train trips with whistle blowing during the night.

The property was excellent for our dog. They has installed a doggy door and she had an easy time going in and out. The owner has all the tools for a home that felt like my own.

Across the street is a train track. Once you know the train is there it becomes white noise and don't hear it.
