The Villa is as described and matches the photos, and was a comfortable stay for our group of 7 people. We especially liked relaxing out on the patio and hanging out in the common spaces like the dining area. The host was super helpful when we had any questions (he helped us find a good beach club to hang out at one day, and he helped us with the security clearance so our driver could enter El Gouna and take us to our scuba diving excursion).

The apartment was very cozy and comfortable. It was a smooth check-in, and we were pleasantly surprised to find cookies waiting for us on the counter such a thoughtful touch! The place was well-equipped with towels, shower essentials, kitchen essentials and everything needed for a pleasant stay.
One of the three bathrooms could’ve used a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness, and the soap dispenser was empty, but it didn’t take away from the overall great experience. I’d definitely recommend staying here!
