Our stay at Fern's was exceptional. It exceeded my expectations at every turn. The space is well laid out, has a fun decor that made it very comfortable to be in, the food options provided were excellent for breakfast and the digital contacts with the property manager were swift, helpful and friendly.
Trying to have two kids sleep on the pullout on the couch was a little tight - Don't recommend for kids over 12, or for more than 3 days.

You have everything you need nearby the apartment. The apartment has a very lovely interior design. You have there everything you need. The communication with Emily was always very good and kind. She made an early check-in (1 hour prior the origin check-in time) possible.
In our case the bathtub and the cabinets in the kitchen were not 100% clean. Maybe it was due to our early check-in request. All other rooms and facilities were very clean.
