The property was very clean and well kept.
The pool was not up to par and was listed as if it were private instead of community property. The furniture was a little dated.

The townhouse is very beautiful and very spacious!
there isn’t anything that I did not like about the property!

Location was great! Short walk to the beach. Well decorated and comfortable living spaces. I can tell the hosts put effort into renovating an older space. Pool was okay.
Host was late in getting us the entrance code, after we arrived. Strong smell in kitchen covered by numerous air fresheners. No hot water in kitchen. Dishwasher did not clean the dishes, so we had to do them by hand all week (not a huge deal). Toilet upstairs in hallway would keep running without purposely stopping it. Master bedroom mattress leaves something to be desired. Laundry area door fell off. Requested maintenance, host agreed, then we never heard from him again and no one came to fix anything.
