The house is very well located, with shops, restaurants, and public transport close by, and everything was clean and tidy. But what is really outstanding is the host! From the moment I booked, communication was excellent. Every question was answered quickly and clearly. I was arranging the stay for three guests arriving at very different times, including very early morning and late at night, and the host personally welcomed each of them and made sure they settled in comfortably. This was so appreciated. Throughout their 8-night stay, the host continued to be incredibly helpful and even cleaned the house at no extra charge. I cannot recommend Kleny highly enough. Thank you!
