Dream Apartment VG - Self Check in - Garage

The apartment was very clean and convenient to the airport. It was quiet and most food delivery apps deliver at that location. It had a nice view with all creature comforts.

I couldn't access the garage door fob until parking across the street, taking the elevator, getting into the apartment then traveling down, walking across the street then trying to park in the garage which only has motion sensor lights so very dark and not well marked. Difficult to find my parking. Did not know there was an elevator from garage so I hiked all my luggage up around the building. There are 2 elevators, one leads to a different side of the building. Check in instructions were very unclear with no mention of these obstacles. It took me 1.5 hours to check in. Had to move my car again because apparently there are identical parking spaces on different levels. Very tight spots and my rental barely fit. If I was in a hurry I would be toast. Host's instructions were unclear not detailed and her response to my complaint was "well no one else has ever complained" which did not solve my problem. Too much hassle and not enough actual help.

Die Lage. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Die Unterkunft war modern. Leichter Check-In.
