Keld Spring Lodge Retreat

Location was perfect lovely peaceful sight. Staff very helpful decorated the lodge with balloons & banners for a birthday.

As with previous comments could have had better pillows on single beds flat and uncomfortable

Very easy process to get the key. Communication with easy instructions, which made it a smooth check-in/out process. Arrived and the lodge was clean and tidy. All amenities we needed were on hand; the coffee machine/cafetière was great for fresh coffee in the morning. As three mums visiting the nearby spa, this had everything we needed. We watched movies on the smart TV at night; the site was super peaceful, very clean, and smart with lots of empty plots. Would return.

Clean and good value.Quiet and peaceful.

Towels were small, skylight let light in early morning.

It was clean and comfortable, nice welcome pack. Dish soap, dishwasher tablets etc provided, one sheet of paper towel..... Lovely design interior. Very well equipped.

Our lodge was nothing like the picture shown, there was no veranda, there was no outside seating area, there was no outside furniture. With the heatwave we've just had it would have been appreciated. There was a broken hand rail on steps leading to door, one handrail was completely missing. Steps covered in bird poop. Load of stuff under the lodge all down one side. Lots of cobwebs and dirty windows. Sensor light in en suite not working.
