Ήταν VFM για Ρόδο. Είχε εύκολο Parking και εύκολη πρόσβαση στον κεντρικό δρόμο για όλα τα μερη και καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα για παρασκευή γευμάτων.
Ήταν τελικά λίγο μακριά από την πόλη της Ρόδου. Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν η ποιότητα του στρώματος στο διπλό κρεβάτι. Μπορεί να ήταν μεμονωμένο αλλά το στρώμα ήταν εντελως ακατάλληλο για υπνο και πρέπει να αντικατασταθεί χθες.
