-гарне розташування ( до моря хв 10-12; поряд є магазини та чудові ресторани/кафе); -приємний комплекс (чудовий басейн, не великий, що є плюс, не так багато людей); -загалом все виглядає як на фото; -поряд є багато паркінгів, тому не проблема поставити авто в 5-7 хв від квартири; -співвідношення ціна/якість досить добре.
-було не досить чисто, прибирання бажає кращого; -немає інтернету (це вказано в оголошенні), просто wi-fi не завадить це точно.
