Great location and spacious room. The woman at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

At first a bit confusing to find the right building.

Receptionist was friendly, helpful and spoke English. The rooms were massive so we had loads of space to store our luggage. Location was very central, since we arrived to Zhengzhou via night train at the Central railway station, we were able to get to the hotel in just 10mins walk. As we arrived to the property at 10:30am, they let us check in immediately which was greatly appreciated.

Upon arrival, we were only provided with 1 towel for 2 people, and it was dirty. Thankfully, as soon as I notified the receptionist, she immediately gave me two clean towels. Finding the property was difficult as there are no signs to indicate that there is a hotel in the building. The entrance to the building said "Office entrance only" so we thought we were entering an office building. Thankfully, there was another guest of the hotel on the ground floor, so when we asked him he directed us to the 26th floor where the reception was located. Not the property's fault but the neighbourhood was sketchy, there were run-down buildings and homeless people around. Wouldn't recommend walking there at night.
