Fairly new remodel, very clean, comfortable beds
Location was OK. Neighborhood was a little old but seemed safe. We had no problems at all.

Very good communication from the host for entry details. House was clean and well equipped including Coffee, Tea, Sugar and general spices/herbs, laundry detergent, cleaning materials etc. We, 4 adults, especially appreciated the individual room air con. units. Shared outside space was enjoyable to relax in after a day/night out. We didn't have a vehicle but there was private parking outside the duplex.
Location was good, just off South Congress, a couple of food vans and bars within walking distance and easy trips using Lyft - weather was too hot to walk very far - to many other places.
Other properties on the estate didn't process there garbage properly which was a bit of an eyesore but didn't affect our stay and nothing the owner could do anything about.

The location is excellent, very close to UT and state government. It is quiet at night and you can have a good sleep.
The sealing ring of the washing machine got moldy because it was closed for a long time, so I didn't dare to use it.
