Terracotta Room

First of all, my stay began before I even arrived. Aida, so kind and warm, responded to all my messages and introduced me to Quinta Dos Sorrisos' family in detail. I looked for authenticity, tranquillity, simplicity and a sense of home...and I got it with my stay with Aida, Berry and their big, fluffy family. Originally, I wanted to stay exactly in Fuseta, but the quality, prices and availability were crazy! And I've to say I pulled "Golden Ticket"! Their care and generosity touched me so much. They made me feel like a part of their family. Even my leaving day was hard for me. 7 nights weren't enough! Such qualities, life values, are so rare these days. Their environment, approach, love, and all pure sources helped me to improve because I arrived feeling so tired and low. Believe, even their fluffy family are so calm, kind, and knows how to take care and make you feel good. This is a place where you can go back to the real-life meanings and review your values. I observed their daily routine and responsibilities every day. They work hard and are such responsible people who look after the place so well! I stayed in the main house with Aida & Berry (but please check Airbnb or their website, where you can find more options). I enjoyed my cosy room with all available amenities and natural bed linen. For me, it was enough and I've to say this was simply the best on the market that I could find. I didn't rent a car and enjoyed using one of their bikes. I was going to the beach, Fuseta, natural resource Famosa and the train station within approximately 15 min (I'm a slow person). Berry helped with everything! He is great in this. I really enjoyed every day's sunsets and different life rhythm. This place is incredibly quiet, and this is one of the best things I could ask for. I travelled alone, but every evening I was in the company of guys and their pets. I miss and will never forget every moment and good time.

I don't have anything on my mind, and I even added more of what I liked. I can say only that I knew what I wanted, needed, and I knew what to expect from my stay.

Being hosted at Quinta dos Sorrisos is a highlight of our journey through Portugal. Not only are Aïda and Berry incredible hosts, they also made us feel right at home welcoming us with fresh figs and drinks before touring their awesome property. From chilling in hammok after a long day of travelling to learning some awesome board games, playing with Yuna (one of their two dogs) and enjoying cats hug sessions, there's little you can't do to make you feel better there.

I had a truly wonderful stay here. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and felt very cozy from the moment I arrived. The location is perfect, close to everything yet quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. The host was extremely kind and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. They also gave great local recommendations that made my stay even better.
