The property is in a great location, right on the sea front, with flexible accommodation and great parking and communal areas for socialising.

We could have done with a few more items of cutlery and crockery in the kitchen for the number of guests that the property accommodates.

Location good, room sizes good

Main bedroom window catch broken would not close at all, very unsafe. Kitchen was dirty, fridge hadn't been cleaned, floor hadn't been washed, crumbs were swept into a corner, sticky food still on the floor, bathroom cabinets dirty inside, razor blade stuck to the mess inside one cabinet, bath plug not working properly,no dust pan and brush in the property. Garden very weedy, sunlounger fabric torn and unusable, patches of paint on the walls missing, the whole place needs a deep clean and refresh. Description of beds not accurate, bedrooms 3 and 4 have 2 single beds in them not 2 extra large double beds, bedrooms 1 and 2 have a double bed in them not large double beds.
