I like it overall, nearby our old home & friends, very nice place-nicer than other expected smdc condominiums. Place is cozy and homey inside. We slept nice even if we don't usually do when there're other friends sleeping with us.
Not much, though the place could do more with more fun activities for just in case purposes but understandable as the place/condominium is farely new. (We brought our own specific card games) Ahh, the beds CAN occupy up to 4 but hard if both are couples. The folding bed is a bit cramped.

Good TV. Kitchen good. Bathroom good. WiFi good.
The owner did not cover the pool charge. They charge 150 per person for the pool 300 on holidays. There is construction nearby. Building another building.
