Super clean and comfortable. It was easy to locate what we needed. Clear communication from host

It's a convenient location, split level set up with plenty of space.

This was my second stay here. First time everything was great. Second time, the place had not been cleaned. I discovered this about 8pm. The owner sent the cleaning lady over and she arrived about 8:30pm. She cleaned the bottom portion (bedrooms and bathroom). It took her about 2 hours to do that portion. I cleaned the upper portion. During the txt with the owner, she mentioned refunded the first night. I stayed two nights. After leaving, I txt owner about refund. She brought up something about a cleaning fee and was only willing to refund a portion of the first night. I understand it's a business, but you don't offer one thing and then do less. I paid the listing price and an additional charge when I confirmed booking. Unfortunately, not sure if I will stay here again since I would not be sure if place would be clean. Guess it's a 50/50 chance.
