Lokalizacja jak najbardziej na plus.
Mieszkanie mimo, że bardzo małe to nie było zbyt czyste, w łazience dużo włosów, widoczny kurz.

+ Dobra lokalizacja (blisko tramwaj, tereny zielone, sklep Żabka itp.). + Standard pokoju (chociaż jakby była mikrofala, byłoby idealnie) i przestronny prysznic. + Dbałość o klienta - w łazience pomyślano nawet o sytuacjach awaryjnych dla kobiet, czego nawet w hotelach raczej się nie uświadczy. + Pokój mimo braku klimy, daje radę w ciepłe dni, bo jest jakby w piwnicy (chłodniej). + Malutki tarasik.
- Przez to, że pokój jest na -1, to jest większe stężenie wilgoci w powietrzu (trudniej schną ubrania).. - Mimo posiadania pakietu Canal+, nawet wieczorem pojawiał się komunikat, że za dużo użytkowników i przerywało oglądanie co jakiś czas. Czasem też jakby buforowało dłużej lub przerywało (kwestia internetu lub aplikacji/TV).

Łóżko raczej niewygodne ( rozkładana sofa ), na dwie osoby dość ciasno, apartament położony daleko za centrum, po drugiej stronie Warty
