Location was great
Communication of host was pathetic
We had to wait for more than 30 minutes to check in
I tried sending messages on WhatsApp, which were never answered
TV was not working, I informed the host despite that no action was taken

It’s close to shopping centres and Fourways Mall and it’s safe.
Friday when we should’ve checked in at 15:00 the housekeeping lady was still busy cleaning.

Property was clean and neat and perfectly and convenient located close to amenities.
The host was not picking my call when I arrived, they did not send the booking instructions to follow on time. I was stuck at the gate for more that 30 minutes
