Not worth it at all, even if you are desperate for a last minute place.

I didn’t like that the keys were not where they said they would be, and after asking many times for the key the owner said to share with other guests the main door key to come in and out. There was a bed in the “kitchen” area and no facilities for the bathroom like mentioned in the description.

No keys in the lockbox, and no one there to meet you, I couldn’t get in and out of the property.

Man designed everything so that he takes money fraudulently. I paid the price indicated by the card, which included all charges. Then I received a notification that the sum was reduced by the amount of the tourist tax. Arriving at the address of the hostel, I saw that it was a residential building with a locked front door, without any signs that a hostel was located there. I contacted the owner and was told that I would receive entry instructions once I sent him a passport photo and paid the fee via bank transfer. Since I didn't have the possibility for that (I could pay by standard methods: card and cash) and since the check-in time was running out there, and in most other offers in Turin, I was forced to find another accommodation urgently. After an exhausting day, in an unknown city, a very painful experience. Of course, I didn't get the money back

They took our money and they didn't provide a bed for it.

I booked and paid for two nights for my child through booking.com. The property sent us a suspicious message in Italian that we have to transfer 2 Euros to a private bank account which we did. When my child arrived at the property, they were unable to get in or contact anyone. I emailed, messaged, texted and phoned the property, but they still didn't let my child in. The person on the phone kept repeating that we should send the photo of the passport on WhatsApp which we don't have and we didn't want to send an official document anyway, since my child was there in person having their passport ready. In the end, we were forced to book another property in the last minute, and my child had to walk for hours in the storm at night to reach that. We want our money back and we want to let other travellers know that La casa degli orsetti is an unreliable property taking your money and not providing the bed.
