Garden De Baku Nizami Street

I am Viraj from Sri Lanka. I stayed at this hotel in Baku for 3 nights. On the first day, I booked the cheapest room, which was located in the basement. Unfortunately, within a few hours, there was heavy rain and hail, and water started coming into the room. I immediately informed the owner, who quickly advised me to move upstairs. Upon arrival, they generously upgraded me to a deluxe room at no extra cost. We spent the next 3 days comfortably and had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The breakfast was basic but included omelets, which was a nice addition. Overall, the hotel provided good value for money, and I appreciated their excellent customer service during an unexpected situation.

Areas for Improvement: There was no dustbin inside the room; only the bathroom had one. The room did not have a carpet. A small carpet near the bed would make the room more comfortable. The basement rooms do not have individual air conditioners. They appear to use a centralized AC system, but I was not sure whether it was functioning properly.

Everything fine, was a great stay and perfect location. The staff is very helpful.
