Near the Center of it All

Firstly, the hosts were incredibly hospitable in that they were ready to great and welcome for a large window of my one night stay, but they also were very communicative and helpful using the messaging and communications systems provided on Booking. Secondly, the space and amenities were clean, organized, and even better than expected. Lastly, the location, quality, comfort, and price point all make this a very special and valuable find for any solo traveler or young couple looking for a comfy stay while leaving a light footprint.

Honestly there was nothing that was problematic, dissatisfactory, or detrimental in the whole experience. The hosts, space, and value for your dollar are more than satisfied here. The only point of caution is that this space is the front bedroom, bathroom, and breakfast nook space that is to the side of the living room, which is also part of the main house that the hosts live in. Once they check you in and make sure you have everything you need, the hosts are incredibly non-invasive, so this really is non-issue unless you need absolute control of all doors and locks, but I felt INCREDIBLY safe and that my boundaries were respected throughout the entire experience.

Suburban and safe area. Temperature very comfortable, bed as well! Coffee and fridge. Quiet. Great rate! Owner easily accessible and reactive. GREAT!

The room was clean and comfortable.

I was under the impression from the description that this was a private room. I was exhausted and peopled out and the home owners were in the next room talking with the tv on. It was very hard to relax after a long day. I did not feel comfortable with having to interact with complete strangers when all I wanted was quiet and private.
