The hosts are very responsive and friendly! We stayed after the season ended, so it was super calm, and the pool was almost exclusively ours. Every single room has own balcony with a sea view, which is perfect!

The beach down the complex was not super clean, but it is a public beach, so it has nothing to do with this villa or the hosts. The rooster was too loud every morning (joking).

The owners were very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. They explained very well how to arrive.

We didn't like that everything was so untidy. In the apartment the furniture wasn't new but ok, the bathrooms could be vetter taken care of (like proper toiletseats, better showerheads, a showercurtain!) But the linnen was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Especially the outdoor area was messy. Broken stuff lying all over. Plastic bottles here and there. The swimming pool was actually nice but then there was a broken mattress lying around, the sunbeds were not taken care off, somebody ate an icecream and it stood there for 3 days (or longer, after that we left), there were shoes drying there for the entire time of our stay... And then the beach... trash trash, a broken fridge, this super random not taken care off "bar" with a fake plastic lawn that was broken and badly put, more trash and then this gigantic concrete wall that was the retaining wall of the property. That wall was the backdrop of the beach. It's just not what i want when i go to the beach. Nothing was taken care of, not the trash and nothing else for that matter. This was not a european standard. This beach had a third world country vibe. I am sorry to say so but i wouldn't recommend it until this beach is tidy and the wall covered with plants and bushes and not visible anymore. This bar should be gone, the sunbedcovers repaired, the sunbeds unified and taken care of and NO MORE TRASH.
