Чистота, красивый вид , большая комната , есть все необходимое .

Есть минус надо добираться на машине, т к высоко располагается

Понравилось все,без исключения.место,апартаменты,хозяин.внутри все очень комфортно,большая и удобная кровать,отдельная кухня со всем необходимым.большая терраса с обалденным видом на город и горы.и очень добродушный и гостеприимный хозяин,отдельная ему благодарность.рекомендую!

I stayed here for two nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The value for money is outstanding. The room was very spacious, had a private bathroom, and the shared kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed. The owner is very kind and helpful, and his father is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though we didn't share a language, we managed to exchange a lot about Georgian culture. He even generously invited me to taste his delicious homemade wine! What truly set this stay apart was their exceptional care during the major snow emergency in Kayseri. When the house lost electricity and water, the host's father lit a fire to keep me warm, the owner personally brought me food, and then drove me to the airport himself to ensure I could catch my flight. Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kayseri

Unfortunately there is no back up electricity

Comfortable beds, extra large room, kitchen with all the necessary items, washing machine.. what more could you need!? Set back from the busy city streets and noise, the elevated property commands an incredible view over the entire city! The sunsets are to die for. The hosts are the most kind and caring people, happy to assist in any way. We shared stories over food and wine and had many great conversations. We loved our stay and will come back again!
