Sunrise Azalea Aqua Park Resort

The swim up rooms are nice with a good location close to the other pools, bars and main restaurant. The room is spacious. There are many restaurants within the hotel and the neighbouring Serano Hotel that you have access to. The bars and snacks are everywhere. Mr. Karam the manager was amazing and helped make the stay much more comfortable, he is very welcoming and attentive to the guests. The staff is nice and helped with our requests regarding baby food. The Seafood Saturday was AWESOME! Best we had in any hotel.

The AC in the main restaurant was not always functional. The Italian restaurant lunch required reservation although it was neither mentioned in the handout nor by the staff (they said no reservations required, however the staff was very nice and said we can stay if we want). I would also suggest adding a baby changing room in the hotel toilets, as you have to go back to the room for changing the baby, which made the swim up room really convenient for us.

I had a wonderful stay in Hurghada! Karam, the hotel manager, made sure that the hotel experience was amazing. The hotel has beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere with amazing facilities. The food was delicious, and the variety of restaurants offered plenty of options to choose from. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it! ❤️

We can highlight the positive and good parts of this location through Mr.Karam who helped us with the room upon check in, Mr.Essam from main restaurant , MrAbdelfadel from housekeeping for his excellent job, and finnaly but the best Mr.Ahmed from Yades restaurant which we highly recommend to try if you are there.

As a general feeling, this resort goes to a line of a budget hotel where you cannot expect too much even the price paid was competitive and we have expected more. Few examples will be things like you always need to wait in a line wherever you need ro eat or drink something, capacity of the resources ar far override regarding hotel capacity, the food is average both on quality and diversity, in the bars you can get warm beer if you like, there is lack of ice in some of them and when is show times in the evenings they even run out of glasses so you can get cocktails in little espresso paper cups. We understand also that main customers are from Russia, but still when you travel in Egypt you expect from the hotel employees to adress you with a hello instead of zdrazvitze and talk russian to you untill the moment you get the chance to tell them to stop because you do not understand anything. A la carte restaurants except Yades, are catastrophic , waiting 45 minutes to get order,low quality of food , avoid especially Ellia and Gamila restaurants.
