Bir hafta boyunca bu otelde ailemle konakladık ve her anlamda harika bir tatil geçirdik. Otelin temizliği, yemeklerin lezzeti ve çeşitliliği, havuzları ile aquaparkı beklentilerimizin çok üzerindeydi. Aquapark sayesinde çocuklarımız unutulmaz ve eğlence dolu bir tatil yaşadı. Tesisin genel düzeni ve çalışanların güler yüzlü yaklaşımı sayesinde kendimizi çok rahat hissettik. Özellikle resepsiyonda görev yapan Mahmood Hanifi’ye ayrı bir teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Daha otele ilk girişimizden ayrıldığımız ana kadar bize adeta kendi ailesiyle ilgileniyormuş gibi samimi, içten ve profesyonel bir şekilde yardımcı oldu. Her konuda çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı ve misafirperverliği tatilimizi daha da güzelleştirdi. Bize unutulmaz bir tatil yaşatan tüm otel ekibine teşekkür ederiz. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyoruz. İlk fırsatta tekrar gelmeyi çok isteriz.

Owner changed to a hotel nearby as this one is under renovation. But the problem if this is under renovation they shall not accept guests! Aquapark and garden were Ok.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids we checked in at 01:00 am but there were only 3 beds at the rom and they tries to add 4th bed which made it possible to move at the room and they didn't help us during the night. In the morning they upgraded the room to a family room but we were very disappointed with the room that check in us. There are many alternatives for food but they were not tasty
