Propreté du logement, décoration, équipements de base complet, douche, bain à remous, sanitaire isolé de la SDB, jardin extérieur disponible en fin de journée, calme, proximité des commerces, parking intérieur
Appartement très mal protégé contre la chaleur. Plus de 30 degrés dans la chambre le soir malgré une climatisation qui ne suit pas en cas de forte chaleur ce qui était le cas lors de notre séjour. Nuits très compliquées avec la chaleur. Pas de stores ni de volets extérieurs. La fenêtre de la chambre ne s'ouvre pas en grand (elle tape dans le rideau intérieur). Plus anecdotique, la vase de l'évier de salle de bain est très design mais pas du tout pratique.
