O alojamento era absolutamente incrível. O staff do resort era extremamente simpático e disponível em todas as áreas, nomeadamente, receção, piscina/praia, restauração e bar e housekeeping. O hotel estava e obras mas isso não transtornou em nada a nossa estadia. O quarto estava renovado e a decoração era muito o estilo europeu. A comida do hotel era muito saborosa e variada. O aqua park é um must para quem gosta de escorregas e a animação do alojamento também era espetacular.

Resort Manager Mr.Ghaly Sallama was very warm and helpful; he personally spent time to secure our comfort during our stay. Cleaning staff, snacks staff and the staff in main building bar was very helpful and warm. The staff of the beach bar in the Azalea resort needs some training on how to talk to guests. I think because they are the only ones not working under a roof (shade), they get impacted from working under sun all day. We did not know there was ongoing construction/renovation works in the resort; if we knew our choice would be different. Such information should be transparently shared in Booking.com website; knowing there will be 24-hrs on construction in the building 50 meters away from your room, including night shifts, without any break is critical information when you make decision on your booking.

Construction/renovation work. Non-stop work even during night shifts. I was hearing broken tiles were being loaded on truck long after midnight. Some of the staff (Azalea beach bar, Italian restaurant) needs training on how to talk to guests.
