L’ acquapark era enorme dato che avevamo accesso anche al Sunrise azalea.
Le piscine e il personale molto accoglienti
Il problema di entrare nel Sunrise Serano, per andare a mangiare dovevamo fare un giro lunghissimo.

The facilities, pools are very clean and big, the aqua park was amazing. The beach was good too. Only the food that should have more varieties..

Special thanks to Mr. Amir in the Serano Club help desk. He was extremely cooperative and friendly. He helped us since the moment we entered the facility and throughout our stay. He was always there when we needed him which made our stay a lot easier.

It was frustrating to get our rooms FAR away from the activities because of the renovations. The building is still not fully ready and we encountered some problems with plumbing and electricity.
