The room and entire apartment were clean and refreshing. Value for money. It was cosy in the room, in a decent location with shops around. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a short stay.

The keypad box for the keys became faulty and required us to ask the people in the apartment to open the front door. Needs attention. The landlord was always available over the phone for all issues encountered.

Excellent location on a quiet residential street close to the Arena where I was attending an event the next day, facilities excellent though I didn't actually use the kitchen Wi-fi included, worked really well.

Nothing could have been better.

Did not use the kitchen, although it can be used. The kitchen is modern. The room is clean. Please bring a torch to read numbers for coded box if dark to open the front of the code box as the code box is near the ground and need small hands to get correct codes into the box to get keys for the front door. Only one set of keys. The owner could possibly leave a spare set in property, reasons given below

Adjustments needed. 1.If you need to travel anywhere and the keys are in the coded box outside and the front door is locked, you can not leave the property as you are locked in the house with no front door key and will require a builder to turn up at the property to let you out of property after waiting 30 minutes inside the property. Please allow extra time for your journey if you need to travel anywhere as this causes delays in getting to your destination. 2. Suggested to have a lock with thumb lock on inside of door to get out of property as there is no key in the door. Could be a fire risk if a fire happens at the property 3. To have a shower, water is very hot, even on cold temperature settings, and requires to attach the hose from the bath to the shower unit to use the shower. 4. If you can not kneel to open a coded box, then you will need assistance to open the box. Did open the coded box one night to find the key to open the front door is missing. There is no receptionist at the property, so you need to ring the owner as you have no door key to open the front door. He did answer his mobile. Have the number on your phone to call if necessary. Bell at the front door had no effect to let you into the house to get other people to let you in if there is no front door key in the coded box. 5. Toilet sear needs fixing on one side as loose This was my experience, but it is valid and fair. Accommodation is a good price and room a good standard and close to Coventry City Centre. Mattress on bed is very soft and not firm but can sleep on the bed and has cushions and extra pillows if necessary.
