Clean, responsive host, easy entry procedure, spacious, AC units work well.
Only small nit - the beds are a bit hard. Our party was majority middle aged with cranky backs.

Spacious apartment with big bedrooms and two balconies. Lots of storage space. Well equipped, we got everything we needed (apart from corkscrew ;) ). We liked the decor, too! Just a note -second bathroom is really small so we just used it as a toilet, but the other one is really spacious. There are absolutely no stairs to get to the building which is not common in Athens and will be appreciated if you carry lots of luggage. Close to Laiki (produce market), and only 6-7 minutes walk to closest metro station. The host let us stay 2 hours longer before our trip back, which was an added bonus. We really enjoyed our stay.
Two sets of keys would be nice, but we managed.
