Great value for money, the staff and guests were pleasant. The place feels more homely than commercial, although there aren't many communal areas to hang out in for hours on end. The hosts were very responsive, even late at night. The area was safe and nice, with a pebble beach closeby and within reasonable distance to the old town. Large lockers.
There is no lock on the front door of the building or on the room doors, which felt weird and unsafe before arriving but turned out not to be an issue due to the location of the hostel. There are no privacy curtains on the beds.

良くなかったさわけではないのだけれど、鍵がロッカーだけだったのには驚きました。
シャワールームの女性コーナーを男性が使っていてヒヤッとしました。

The parking is a great addition to the place especially in a city like Dubrovnik. The bus station is also close by.
The walls of the apartement may as well not be there. Every sounds gets through them. In room 1 we could here everything from the room next to us and the street nearby. The toilets were working maybe in lile 50% and the coeducative showers are also not something often expected.
