Perfectstayz Value Aalaya suites - Room with Private Kitchenette

The room obviously exceeded our expectations. It was quiet, beautiful, aesthetic, have enough space. The welcome kit was amazing too. The balcony had enough space. The location was somewhat far from the main city, but the quietness was soothing, and the society was amazing in which its located. It had two ac's, two tv's, clean bathroom along with shower essentials. Best stay in this budget.

They only had induction in the kitchenette, which is useless until provided with plates and needful crockery and amenities. But we asked for it and the good part is they provided us that. Also, the check in was somewhat complicated and time taking. Also, the tea provided with the breakfast and not good, they need to work on that. But the overall experience was great apart from these.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was much better than I expected. It had two spacious rooms, two air conditioners, and two TVs, making it very comfortable for our family. Although the hotel is a bit far from Har Ki Pauri, it offers excellent value for money. The facilities, comfort, and overall quality more than make up for the distance. If you're looking for a clean, spacious, and budget-friendly place to stay in Haridwar, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The overall management and coordination among the staff need significant improvement. We arrived a little early, and the staff kindly allowed us to use a check-out room to freshen up. However, there was no water in the room. Although the staff repeatedly said they were arranging it, there were no updates or clear communication about the delay. Customers should be kept informed instead of being left waiting without any information. Later, we learned that there was a plumbing issue, but it took quite a long time to resolve. Better coordination and timely communication would have made the experience much smoother. The private kitchenette also needs improvement. It is advertised as a kitchenette, but even basic amenities were missing. We had to request essential items that should ideally be available by default. Ensuring these basic amenities are provided in advance would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The property is new and clean. My stay was very short and not observed keenly. But it was not allotted any suite room just one congested room allotted but it was very clean.

basically it was built commercial purpose and staff are not polite with the customers. more over the front desk staff keep on waiting as we booked from the booking.com app

The rooms are designed well and are very spacious. Some basic bathroom fittings like towel holder were missing. But overall, rooms are value for money.

Property is understaffed. Kitchen is not that great and responsive. When I asked to pack my breakfast for the next morning, initially the kitchen staff agreed. However, on the next day, at the last moment they said that they don’t have any packing material. A ridiculous thing to say for a hotel operating a kitchen. Getting fresh towels was a struggle everyday and I didn’t get towels on the last day as well. The staff gave a excuse that due to the weather, towels can’t be dried.
