Perfectstayz Value Aalaya suites - Room with Private Kitchenette

The property is new and clean. My stay was very short and not observed keenly. But it was not allotted any suite room just one congested room allotted but it was very clean.

basically it was built commercial purpose and staff are not polite with the customers. more over the front desk staff keep on waiting as we booked from the booking.com app

The hotel and its rooms had a modern set-up, with availability of lift. Bed, pillows, duvet were all very comfortable, and mostly clean. Room cleaning service was also very good. Staff were very courteous and helpful; however, their attentiveness and speed of service was below-par.

What was most disappointing was the misleading/inaccurate descriptions of facilities available. There was no private kitchen in either our family suite, or deluxe room. Only a common kitchen, that too manned by their staff. There were no dining table either. Even kettle and towels were provided after repeated requests. Complementary breakfast was one dish per person basis, instead of unlimited buffet which is more common practice. There were no place to dry clothes, no hooks. Further, our room was next to their kitchen, which made the stay very noisy. Avoid 3rd floor if you can. The walls had dampness but it was ok for our 3 night stay.

The rooms are designed well and are very spacious. Some basic bathroom fittings like towel holder were missing. But overall, rooms are value for money.

Property is understaffed. Kitchen is not that great and responsive. When I asked to pack my breakfast for the next morning, initially the kitchen staff agreed. However, on the next day, at the last moment they said that they don’t have any packing material. A ridiculous thing to say for a hotel operating a kitchen. Getting fresh towels was a struggle everyday and I didn’t get towels on the last day as well. The staff gave a excuse that due to the weather, towels can’t be dried.
