The location, behaviour of the staff and cleanliness was exceptional...
There was no lift available... Literally, my 81-year-old mother had to be carried to the room.... neither did they have a ramp. Wonder how a building permit was offered without all these... In summary, not a great place for the elderly...

They have good parking space & rooms are ok.
Reception & room service is very bad & restaurant have very little quantity . breakfast service are very bad they will tell some item will be finish after 1/2 hr & they won't inform about egg nd all.
