Imóvel espaçoso, condomínio limpo, geladeira, máquina de lavar e ar condicionado quarto pequeno funcionando perfeitamente.
Imóvel com móveis velhos, parte elétrica em mal estado. Várias tomadas danificadas, ar condicionado quarto suite faz bastante barulho, box banheiro social quebrado, Wi-Fi não tem alcance nos quartos, acesso da garagem muito apertado, quando tem outros carros na garagem dependendo do tamanho do carro não é fácil entrar. Precisa melhorar a limpeza dos cômodos e dos utensílios da cozinha.

Localização excelente, apartamento amplo, com boas janelas e ventilação.
A limpeza deixou a desejar, o congelador estava sujo, algumas paredes tinham manchas. Todas as tomadas são do padrão antigo e algumas não funcionam. Precisa de uma pintura e reforma na parte elétrica.
