Breakfast was excellent and the location (for a global motorsport event) was as good as we could have hoped. Everything was impeccably clean, and our hosts were fantastically gracious, welcoming and generous. Francois even led us 20 minutes to a cunning parking space to make it easier on a busy weekend to get into Le Mans itself.
Whilst this was largely my failure to read the description properly, it's worth mentioning that this is very much one room with a bathroom (albeit excellent) shared by 2 other rooms. It's absolutely fine if you just need a place to put your head comfortably for the night, just don't expect exclusive access to bathroom, kitchen, etc.
