القرب من الاهرامات و المنظر الرائع من الغرف علي الاهرامات مباشرة و كذلك القرب من المواصلات العامة نظافة الغرف و رحابتها و المعاملة الممتازة من الموظفين

كل حاجه فالمكان حلوه وكمان الفيو حلو على الاهرامات

صعوبة الوصول ، لازم اسأل لو مكنتش اتصلت بالمكتب مكنتش هعرف الموقع مستحيل

Le personnel était très accueillant et toujours au service. L’emplacement était super! À proximité de restaurants et de commerces. Le petit déjeuner était toujours très bon.

La pièce que j’avais reservé n’était pas disponible finalement mais ils m’ont mis dans une chambre plus grande.

I stayed here for 2nights during my visit to Cairo. My first impression was positive. The staff were friendly, I felt welcomed on arrival, and the room was great. The price was also very attractive compared to other areas of Cairo. I had breakfast once, and it was honestly okay, though I still noticed an unpleasant smell around the utensils.

My experience declined as the stay progressed. The common areas had a strange smell, which made me irritated; housekeeping was not properly done, and the Wi-Fi became unreliable during my stay. There was also an issue with the bathroom, which required maintenance. While staff did respond, I experienced several disruptions, and even after it was fixed, I was still asked to move to another room without a clear explanation. The move felt rushed, and I was uncomfortable that my personal belongings, including private clothing, were handled by staff while assisting with the transfer. Overall, the hotel may suit travellers on a tight budget, particularly those already familiar with the area. However, as a solo international traveller, I did not find the experience comfortable enough to return, despite the affordable price.
