would have been helpful to know that we could park on the street as we were not aware and spent quite a while trying to figure out the driveway which was unaccessible; ultimately the parking was easy.

The property is fantastically positioned and benefits from outstanding views across the coastline and the harbour.
The road to the front of the property is exceptionally quiet, the promenade to the rear is seldom used and when it is, it’s usually people going for an early morning run rather than stumbling home from a night out. You will see lots of water sports and harbour traffic, however whilst it’s close enough to see, it’s far enough away to not hear.
We hired a car, however the harbour is less than a 15 minute walk away and hosts several restaurants.
There is an abundance of space within the recently refurbished villa, 2 large well equipped kitchens, 2 dining areas and every bedroom benefits from a fantastic modern en-suite. To top it off, a lovely welcome hamper was provided and a very polite lady from the management company popped by at the start of our stay to introduce herself and to provide a contact in the event of a problem that we couldn’t overcome
I’ll begin by stating, this section specifically asks for the bad bits, nothing was bad enough to warrant complaining and I’d 100% stay at this villa again.
But, since I’ve been asked, the outdoor areas weren’t particularly clean, there was a build up of bird droppings on the outdoor furniture and balustrade, this didn’t get any worse during our stay so had clearly been there a while. There is a lack of outdoor shaded areas, the covers over the cabanas in the listings photos are non existent.
The above can easily be rectified and I’ve no doubt it will be for future occupiers.
Visitors should perhaps bear in mind that there are no internal stairs between the 2 floors of the villa, if you wish to enter the downstairs accommodation or outdoor/pool area, you have to venture down quite a few external stairs (mind your head - it’s tight). The main floor of the villa also incorporates steps in and out of the majority of rooms and within the hallway, not a problem for us, but would be if you have limited mobility or young children.
