Very easy, key box with code. Don't need host there for check-in, which helps if you're checking in earlier.
The Wi-Fi was very bad especially in the living room, considering the service is also quite bad. The host was very friendly, but replies were slow, however there was nothing urgent that was needed from us.

1) Poor lighting in double room 2) Electric sockets not working in double room 3) Shower not powerful enough 4) Landing is pitch black at night, unable to read key safe without the use of torch on phone 5) Close in dire need of attention

A very nice, clean accommodation and great location. Easy walk to Springbank, Kilkerran and Glen Scotia distilleries, plus Coop and Tesco grocery stores and restaurants.
WiFi is an issue with the property; 5G for internet access and connectivity is very poor. If you have work, kids, and want to watch streaming services, play games, or do some work while you have downtime, you will need to go to a pub or local hotel. Would recommend they install a physical line for broadband to resolve. ;-)

Location living room and kitchen pleasant.
Lack of equipment in kitchen eg no bottle opener or scissors- one dishwasher tablet left for a two night stay. Wi -fi poor- no router just a dongle so tv hardly worked. No lampshades in hall , bedrooms. One key and key safe very tricky to open. Small towels. Felt unfinished and ungenerous to be honest.
