Wonderful Apartment in the Heart of Lucca

My family and I (3 adults and 3 children) really enjoyed our stay in this apartment in the centre of Lucca. The apartment was spacious with lots of charm and we had plenty of room for everyone. Francesco was a friendly host and offered practical tips. There were bars, restaurants and shops minutes away, along with all the sites of. Lucca. It couldn't have gone better.

Great host & spotlessly clean

Appartment was spotlessly clean. Shower was hot and powerful. Beds were comfortable. Stairwell to Appartment was well lit. Appartment location was excellent. Host Francesco was very helpful. Francesco helped us communicate with a taxi driver from the station and was kind enough to secure us a cab to take us back to the station early in the morning. Francesco went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Appartment was well equipped for cooking. A smart tv in the living room and 1 of the bedrooms. Lovely comfortable Appartment 10/10. We would stay again and we do recommend.

Bellissimo

The apartment is in a fabulous 18th century house, tucked away a few minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful Lucca. Wonderfully authentic and spotlessly clean, everything you need to self cater, but why would you when you're in Tuscany. It's a lovely place to stay. Only point to mention, is that the glory of the the tiled floors and high ceilings does make it a bit of an echo chamber. Light sleepers, pack some earplugs, but DO NOT let that put you off this lovely apartment, the beds are so comfy you will sleep well. Francesco could not have been more helpful, friendly and accessible and we will look forward to returning. Lucca is a fabulous city, the apartment could not have been in a better location, and the host Francesco is an absolute star. Brilliant value too! Cannot praise our stay enough.

Loved this apartment in the heart of Lucca!

A beautiful spacious apartment in a very central location. Great to explore the beautiful city of Lucca. It’s super clean and well equipped with very comfy beds. The apartment is a few minutes walk from Piazza Napoleone and surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, and great shopping. Excellent communication from the host Francesco who was exceptionally helpful and attentive to our every need. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you Francesco!

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e grande gentilezza e disponibilità

La posizione è centralissima, i proprietari sono gentili e disponibili nei contatti ed all'arrivo, apprezzato il cadeau di benvenuto, l'appartamento è grande e spazioso in lusso la cucina e dotato di tutto.

Piccole osservazioni per migliorare: 1) la casa, malgrado il riscaldamento, non è molto calda anzi. Andrebbero sistemati gli infissi e gli spifferi e potenziato il sistema di riscaldamento. 2) altra piccola scomodità è che non si può arrivare all'appartamento con la macchina nemmeno per scaricare i bagagli perché è in ZTL. Bisogna parcheggiare in un parcheggio a pagamento a circa 500-600 metri dalla casa e portare i bagagli a piedi, e poi ritornare al parcheggio per spostare l'auto in un parcheggio gratuito fuori le mura a circa 20 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento

Lucca in tre giorni

Siamo stati in questo appartamento per 3 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è molto funzionale e molto spaziosa. Ha tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno pratico e in totale relax. La posizione è ottima e strategica, a pochi passi dalla piazza principale di Lucca. Abbiamo potuto godere della città a qualsiasi ora della giornata. Lo staff è molto disponibile e cordiale. È stato come sentirsi a casa ma in un'altra città. Tutto ovviamente molto pulito e organizzato

Eccellente!

Locali pulitissimi, spazi enormi, attrezzata ed arredata nei minimi dettagli. Accoglienza eccellente, persone educatissime, disponibilissime ed attente ad ogni esigenza. Posizione centrale, ad un passo da piazza Napoleone, che si raggiunge in appena un minuto a piedi. È stato un soggiorno eccezionale, peccato esserci fermate solo due giorni, alla prossima occasione ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
