The hotel has a great location and the sea view is beautiful. The room faces the beach, which was the best part of the stay. However, the check-out experience was extremely disappointing. The staff tried to charge me for a “damaged” towel, claiming it was stained. In reality, the water from the room’s faucet was visibly yellow, and the towel became yellow because of the hotel’s water quality issue, not because of anything I did. I did not even complain about the water during my stay, but instead of acknowledging the problem, the staff attempted to charge me extra. I also felt I was treated unfairly as an Asian guest, and they even tried to delay my departure until I paid. Overall, the view is nice, but the management and the way this situation was handled were very unprofessional. موقع الفندق جميل جدًا والمنظر على البحر رائع، والغرفة أمام الشاطئ، وده كان أفضل شيء في الإقامة. لكن تجربة تسجيل الخروج كانت سيئة جدًا. حاول الموظفون يخلوني أدفع فلوس بحجة أني أتلفت فوطة من الغرفة. في الحقيقة، الميه اللي طالعة من الحنفية لونها أصفر، والفوطة اصفرّت بسبب مشكلة في جودة الميه عند الفندق، مش بسبب أي استخدام مني. أنا أصلًا ما اشتكيتش من موضوع الميه أثناء إقامتي، لكن بدل ما يعترفوا بالمشكلة، حاولوا يطلبوا مني فلوس. كمان حسّيت إن المعاملة كانت غير عادلة كضيف آسيوي، وحتى حاولوا يعطلوني قبل ما أقدر أغادر. المنظر جميل، لكن طريقة الإدارة والتعامل كانت غير مهنية ومخيبة للآمال.
