Hotel is great, location is wonderful, Staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and Supportive- My FAMILY enjoyed the stay there, wishing to be repeated again - I would like to thank all Reception people (Aziza, Mariam, Mahitab), restaurant staff, chief, waiters, servant staff and head of them (Wael, Adam, Menag, Mona,Ali),Special Thanks for housekeeping staff as well as Beach team and security staff (Mohamed, Adel)- I would like to thank all of them for making my staying unforgotten and incredible fabulous stay, I recommend it to all who want to visit Marsa Matrouh. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was great. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to Aziza at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Her excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate her hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We look forward to coming back!

I had an exceptional stay at Hostmark Blue Beach Hotel in Marsa Matrouh. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The cleanliness was outstanding throughout the property, and the beach was absolutely beautiful—crystal clear, well maintained, and pleasantly uncrowded, making it perfect for relaxation. The location is another major advantage, with easy access to water sports and various entertainment activities nearby, which added a lot of fun and variety to our stay. The services were convenient and well organized, making everything feel smooth and comfortable. What truly made the experience special, however, was the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had a wonderful experience. Their warmth and professionalism created an atmosphere that felt both relaxing and personal. الواى فاى ضعيف جدا معظم الاوقات ، مستوى النظافه ضعيف خاصة فى الاماكن العامه ، صعوبه كبيره فى ايجاد مكان لركن السياره ، مستوى طعام الافطار ليس جيد وينقصه الكثير من الاصناف
