Дуже зручне місце розташування. 15 хвилин на автомобілі від аеропорту та Фуншалу. Наявність підземного паркінгу в будинку для острову це круто. Спілкування з власником було чудове. Ремонт в квартирі гарний, а вид з вікна і наявність балкону це супер.
На кухні іноді були мурахи, всі солодощі треба ховати.

We loved the view, and the location is quite good, especially if you prefer not to stay in Funchal. There is also a supermarket within walking distance, which is very convenient. Other positives include the secure indoor parking and the spacious apartment, which is comfortable for 3–4 people. The availability of a baby cot is also a great advantage for families traveling with babies.
We understand that the carpets may be practical for the flooring, but they were difficult to keep clean and, overall, gave the apartment a less clean appearance. Additionally, the presence of ants in the kitchen was an issue during our stay, as it meant we had to be extremely careful with any food left out. This is particularly challenging while traveling with small children.
